This property was amazing! We used it for getting ready for our wedding and the aesthetic was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect location and accommodations we comfortable, clean, and very inviting!

"Pleasant"

Gorgeous building, easy to find and get into. Beautifully decorated and super clean. The furniture was super comfortable and its pretty close to a bus stop if you were planning on using public transportation.

Host texted me 20 minutes before agreed upon check-in time to tell me that it wasn't ready yet. Definitely not the host's fault as they mentioned difficulties w the previous guests but that did force me and my friends to have to get ready in the car for the concert we were going to. We were delayed on checking in by 2 hours.

Such a cool house, well kept and in a good neighborhood. Was a fast walk to the Xcel center. Absolutely loved the vintage decor. It really made a person feel like they went back in time. There are two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. Staff were kind and professional. Check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

There isn’t AC if that something that matters to you. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Breakfast not applicable. Location is great - easy access to downtown & other popular areas in town.

The old narrow staircase a little tricky to navigate & could use a few more coffee cups & regular drinking glasses (like for water).

the stay was amazing. our host Andy was far more helpful, courteous and friendly then me or my children could have even imagined. the stay was far more comfortable and luxurious then any hotel I’ve ever stayed at and words couldn’t describe how accommodating and wonderful the unit made our stay. this is a must rent 5 star stay for me and my children

"Definitely funky, great location, highly recommended."

The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the Excel/River Center. Lots of great dining within a 5 minute walk. It was nice to be in a residential area versus a large box shaped hotel. Hosts are great and very quick with anything we needed--and they are so prepared, so we needed very little. The room had everything needed and definitely meets the description of funky. The family enjoyed it immensely and we would recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay off the beaten path.
