Very thoughtful host. Always reminding me with proper guidelines, information & rules to follow to ensure my stay are both comfortable & sound. IMHO, best value for money especially for those who have work/business meetings around Putrajaya area. Strategic location, surrounded by convenient shops, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, & of course fairly nearby the huge IOI City Mall. Transportation is quite decent too as you can easily travel from both KLIA terminalw via KLIA Transit to Putrajaya Sentral, & then proceed to take either Grab Car or taxi to the apartment, all in all less than half an hour. Not to mention adequate facilities around the premises; spacious gym with well maintained equipment, swimming pool, etc. Definitely would come here again whether as solo, or with family members & friends. Highly recommended.

"A great homestay with a classy setup"

Well decorated, well maintained and very cozy setup. Everything as per advertised. Feel at home atmosphere. Definitely will return back if got another meeting here in Putrajaya. If got filtered drink (coway, cuckoo, sk magic, etc) then this will be my ultimate choice of stay.

Beside winding parking... none.
