Location and rates.

There is not a good way to communicate with the host. There was not a way to call the host and when sending messages in Booking.com chat after booking it was days before I received a response. I sent messages when we arrived at the property about not having a TV remote in the room and not able to watch TV for 3 days during out stay with no reply from the host or help to resolve.

Clean , right on the slope . Unit updated however some amenities are not maintained. We stayed in unit #124 which this recess applied to . Each unit is owned separately so experienced can be different by unit .

I liked how there was a boot room with individual lockers that had direct access to the ski slopes. The location was in the village and all the shops, restaurants, and skiing were incredibly close. Our host was very very accommodating and responsive at all hours of the day.

The cleanliness was the biggest concern. There were small red stains on the bed sheets in clusters, black residue on the towels, there were two pillows that were as flat as can be that were very uncomfortable, and the room had an unpleasant smell that did not seem to fade away during the time we stayed there. Additionally, the price of $200 a night seemed steep for the quality and size of the room compared to other resorts we have stayed at.

Close proximity to slope and ski lockers, room was set up very well for size.

Wish there was coffee grounds or said to bring your own in details.

Right on the slopes! Convenient to everything

Location. Close to everything. Very clean

Hairdryer didn't work (only time I didn't bring my own ) told them at front desk (Allegheny). I had to dry hair in front of heater. Other than that trip was great

Slope side. Large studio. Great access. Nicely furnished.

Loading/unloading. Outdoors. Uphill on cobblestones.

Close to mountain. It looked to be cleaned when we arrived.

Horrible value. Very difficult to find check in since it’s in a completely different building from the one we stayed at. Staff unhelpful and incompetent. Key card didn’t work initially so we had to lug our stuff all the way to another building to get it fixed. Can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone so if you have a problem, good luck. Rooms are not well insulated from noise. There qre no blankets in the room. The least you could do for the price is put some coffee grounds in the room to make coffee. Even the cheapest hotels will do that.
