We had a comfortable stay. The apartment has basic amenities. There’s a kitchenette, so we could prepare some small meals. It’s a bit far from the city center but there’s a bus stop nearby (less than 5 minute by foot) and the bus schedule was reliable. The view from the window was also amazing!

The sound insulation was not great. We could hear noises from neighbors especially early in the morning. The apartment also didn’t came with toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The booking details didn’t mention that they are included, so we were prepared and brought our own.

Place is very cozy and comfortable, has everything you need for a stay in Tromsø. The apartment has a bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen/living room - kitchen is equipped with more than enough to cook your own breakfast. The host is a really nice person and was able to receive us for an early check-in - instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is to the south of Tromsø, a little bit further away from the city center, which I myself saw as a positive. There is a bus line passing really close (2 min walk) that runs busses every 10 minutes on weekdays - so we were only 15 min away from the city center by bus - the location is really calm and quiet, and also near the water, which was a good place to observe the northern lights without so much of the light pollution from the city center. Hot water to take baths, temperature control working fine, every appliance working. Hair drier was available in the bathroom. We were really impressed and liked our stay a lot. We recommend it A LOT!

Although the bathroom floor is heated, the rest of the apartment is not, and there is no carpet, so the floor gets quite cold. And as I said, it can be a little bit far away from the city center, so you need to prepare yourself for the additional distance when booking tours (specially going back at dawn after a northern light tour, there are no busses running after midnight except on Fridays and Saturdays - we walked back twice, which was about 40 min walking from the center - a taxi costed a little bit more than 300 KR from the city center).
