Large spacious bedroom. Nice big roof terrace. Apartment owner allowed dates to be changed after a booking mistake on my part. The free parking in a nearby garage was very usefull.

Air con kept switcing itself off. Apartment owner came but did not resolve the issue. Only one wardrobe with no shelf space for storeage. One of the outside chairs was broken. Be aware its 5th floor and elevator is very small.

Looked renovated and modern. Location is nice.

Contact with a person in charge of booking was lacking care in voiced issues, and they want to manage it only remotely. When entered, the room smelled of moist. Also, the toilet paper provided by them was wet because it was hanging under a leaking radiator. Free toiletries were only symbolic. There were many prints out informing about additional payment for not cleaning the kitchen or throwing away the trash, but the cleaning products or trash bags were not provided. Ants were walking on the floor.

The place was good.Nice communication with the property owner.

I’ve heard that places to stay in Bari are not as clean as elsewhere but the bedsheets were bad, the bad not comfortable at all, it was not said that the apartment and the studio are with one common room/door .

Cosy and newly furnished studio with kichenette. 20minutes walk from the centro storico of Bari but in a nice neighberhood. We were travelling by car so it was very convinient that the accomodation had the option for a free parking lot in a nearby garage which was 3minutes walk from the studio. You need to reserve a lot prior to the arriving.

First time we were in an accomodation where we were informed that we would be charged 30eur if we do not leave the kitchen clean and if we do niot take care of the trash.

Excellent position, near to Bari train station and public transport. Free parking with reservetion nearby. Communication was quick and easy.

There were some things that could be improve, for a 10 day stay, there could be more than 1 set of towels and more supplies.
