Giannis Private Villa, with garden

The accomodation although basic was perfect for us (couple with 2 year old). The natural garden is very good The house is 5min walk to the sandy beach and next door neighbours were very nice. Kalamaki is quiet place with big beach and many restaurants.

I would suggest to look into new mattresses

the garden is neat and green.

The Waterpressure is very low in kitchen and bathroom. The matresses are old, you can feel every spring.

Very good for families with little children thanks to the garden with playground and lot of shade from the trees

We had a great time in this little green oasis in a great area. The house is a little quirky without a hallway so you have to walk between the rooms through the (roofed) terrace. But it just gives you more opportunity to enjoy the amazing garden which is for sure the highlight! It provides shade and cool to spend the afternoons and an amazing ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The only downside is that you would have to bring insect repellent for the evenings. But all the rooms have proper insect nets in doors and windows. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The manager is fluent in English and extremely helpful should you need something. We would be more than happy to come back!

One bedroom doesn't have AC but there is a fan and you can make a comfy draft opening the door and window. The bathroom is basic but functional
