ISStaðsetningin er frábær, við sáum stjörnurnar svo vel úr pottinum, sem er einstaklega þægilegur. Krakkarnir sáu sín fyrstu stjörnuhröp sem er eitthvað sem maður sér ekki í borginni. Uppsetningin á bústaðnum er mjög hugguleg, kamínan gerir hann extra kósý og það að sjónvarpið er uppi en ekki í aðal rýminu var akkúrat það sem við vildum. Það er allt til alls og gestgjafar ótrúlega viðkunnuleg og hjálpsöm. Við munum 100% mæta aftur.
Ekkert, við elskuðum að vera þarna.

CZCozy and fully equipped cottage with everything you need and much more as a bonus (whirlpool 38,5 °C, many eatables in the fridge, freezer and drowers... great place with lovely surroundings, river near by the house. We regreted we have had just a little time for enjoying that place. In the morning we have left it and came back before midnight.
Runnnig ventilator when we checked in the house. We couldn´t find how to switch it off but Thor (owner) helped us. Maybe it would be fine to put some advice about in the house rules. The same night the electricity (incl. fridge and freezer) in the whole house switched off and again we didn´t why. We spent some time looking for a problem but without succes. And in the morning the lights were on. So the problem was not in the house. And the last thing, there was a cooking pot in the kitchen that didn´t cooperate with a induction cooker.

USThe house has everything you might need and is comfortable. Great spot to explore all the amazing landscapes near by. Thor was very friendly and responsive.
Google maps played tricks on me several times so I would suggest to enter the campsite address instead knowing that the house is really close to it

Needed a new couch, more bath towels availability. Hair drier didn’t work (needed a new one).
GBGorgeous cosy cabin. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on a clear night looking at the stars and then the Northern Lights came out for us too!!! Well equipped self catering kitchen which is definitely needed as it's too far from anywhere to eat out. Stunning sunsets and sunrise.
My teenagers felt the mattresses in the 2 single beds were a bit thin and so not hugely comfortable. We ended up leaving our car at the end of the road and walking back & forth to the cabin due to the amount of snow on the road and no one else staying in any of the other cabins. We had a 4x4 rental car but definitely too much snow to risk driving down for our liking - absolutely not a complaint to the owner but just a potential warning to future renters of the cabin. We actually enjoyed the walk each day (except the 2 journeys with our luggage!)
