Francesca e Frank sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, super accoglienti, disponibilissimi e mai invadenti. Colazione da far invidia a tanti Hotel, complimenti davvero per tutto.

Franceska è stata gentilissima e disponibile ma mai invadente, struttura pulita e immersa nella natura con posizione strategica per visitare diverse spiagge dello Ionio e anche diverse città. Materasso e cuscini super comodi.

Cura del dettaglio nei servizi offerti in stanza (acqua in frigo, the, caffè, kit cortesia bagno, accappatoi). Colazione buona ed abbondante. Accoglienza stupenda. Qualità prezzo ottima!

La strada sterrata per arrivare al casale, soprattutto di notte, non è il massimo.

A wonderful host — very friendly and with a great sense of humor. The rooms have high ceilings, are spacious and comfortable, with large, cozy beds and excellent bed linen. The shower cabin is great, with strong water pressure, which I really enjoy. There’s a shared kitchen available for use, which is quite convenient. It was such a nice surprise to see our names written on the door of our room — it really made us feel expected and welcome. It’s also lovely to see how the hosts pay attention to the little things: toiletries in the shower, the option to make coffee, or cold water in the fridge. Most of all, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing — the kind of place where you can truly be yourself and unwind. And I have to say: after 16 days in Italy and 16 different hotels, Fran offered one of the best breakfasts — simple and generous Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Exceptional courtesy, great hosts who love their b&b and guests, you can tell they care for any minimum details and decorations to make you feel comfy and welcomed.

The road to the property might leave you perplexed at first, especially if you travel after sunset.

The owner were absolutely good and friendly. It was nice to stay in calm place with garden and and enjoying evening or mornings food on terrace. Breakfast was nice too.

This place has exceeded any expectations I had. Francesca and her husband were incredible hosts, acommodating, kind and generous. The place was very close from Puerto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto, which are amongst the best beaches in Puglia for those who like white sands and clear, transparent waters. The small town of Leverano turned out to be a lovely place to wander in and to immerse yourself in a more ''local'''experience rather than a touristic

Nothing. It was a very good experience and it exceeded my expectations. Maybe let guests who are driving know before they arrive that they shouldn't take the first entrance coming from Leverano but the 2nd (google maps automatically takes you through the first one)
