Lovely one bedroom apartment with amazing view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and had all the things I needed. The location was really good, a walking distance from everywhere. Rinaldo is a great host, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for the holiday home. 

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We felt at home - cozy, comfortable and clean. The beautiful city of Sanremo and wonderful apartments to relax from impressions. Rinaldo is a great host, hospitable and helpful. We had questions and he was always in touch and helped us. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave and would gladly return to Rinaldo's apartment. Great location, not far from the old town, through which you can go down to the main street, all the sights and the sea. Private parking, cleanliness, a fully equipped apartment with everything you need and the attention of host - what more could you want for a better holiday! Thank you) 👍

The appartement was very clean and had all the things we needed. The location was really good, a walking distance from everywhere. The balcony was big and on the side of the morning sun. Bathroom / toilet was big and clean. Overall the appartement was very modern and we did not lack anything.

Everything was great. The apartment is identical to the pictures, modern, recently renovated. And more important, it is extremely clean. The balcony is large and offers a view of the sea. We spent 6 days and felt at home. The apartment was easy to find, because the host sent a video with directions. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the centre, but there is a bus every 15 minutes from the centre, from Piazza Colombo. The host is extremely kind and answered all questions. We recommend this apartment.

This apartment could not have been any more perfect for our holiday. its is spotlessly clean with a beautiful view, has all facilities you could possibly need and the owner is exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend for the perfect holiday accommodation!
