Light and Spacious Victorian Townhouse in Central Penzance

The living area and kitchen were pleasant and functional.

Parking was almost non existent. The staircase to the upper level bedroom was extremely difficult to negotiate and almost unsafe . Penzance is a somewhat tired town.

Perfect location in a quiet residential street, close to shops and amenities. Penzance has a great range of independent cafes and food shops, a few minutes walk from the property, along with a couple of excellent art galleries at the Exchange and Penlee House. (A short walk along the seafront along to Newlyn, and you have the Exchange's sister gallery, The Newlyn Art Gallery.)

Location is good and very close to the train station. House so sweet and well equipped. The host also provide so many blankets in case you need extra. Kitchen also equip many usual items like tea pots (with many tea bags as well), dishes, basic cooking groceries e.g. oil, salt and pepper. We also rent a car to travel around Cornwall and we can park nearby the house although it is in comes and goes but if not available you can also park in a 24-hr car park in few mins walk. If you travel with friends or family, this is a good place to stay and enjoy your summer trip.
