Quayside(one bedroom apartment in Cardiff Bay)

nice property overall. comfortable and met most of my needs.

I had a horrible experience trying to get the keys. On the day I arrived (later than planned 10:15pm), I looked at the message I was sent for instructions and realised I was sent the wrong info. I called the support number and was told the correct message would be sent. Once I got this, I see that I am supposed to go and pick up the keys from a shop that is 20mins walk away and that this shop closes at 10pm! I called back stating that the shop is closed, I was told the person might still be there. I told him there is no way I am walking 20 mins with my bags (which is ridiculous by the way) to 'potentially' get the keys. Eventually I was told there's another set of keys in the lock box next to the apartment and I managed to get in. Overall the apartment was lovely, but there was 2 issues - the living room window doesn't fully close and lock and the toilet flush doesnt work!

Good space, great location.

It had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was an issue with bugs.
