Pretty much everything, there was no toilet paper, the shower was with no shampoo and body wash , there were no hand towels . some extra furniture and bedding were piled up in the entrance. The kitchen is heavily used .

Unit was clean. Location is great.

The ad misrepresented car parking. On the ad it mentions on 3 occasions that there is car parking. However, on check in we realise that it's on a first come first serve basis.

The view

They didn’t have any toilet paper and suggested we walk 20 minutes in the rain at midnight to a store that wouldn’t be open until 7am. Only after I told them to bring us some by the morning did they give us a code to a storage closet on the property with tons of toilet paper. Just unacceptable. There are plenty other places with great views closer to the center of town.

The views were great, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was good.

We checked in around 23:00 and and midnight realized we were out of toilet paper and there wasn't any in the entire apartment. No tissues or paper towels either. I texted the host and he suggested I simply buy some myself and he would pay me back. I told him the nearest store was 800 meters away and closed until 7am. We were a family of 4 with no toilet paper. I texted him that I would appreciate to find toilet paper outside our door in the morning and went to bed so mad. The next morning he sends a text telling me that there was toilet paper in the storage room downstairs and gave me a code. HOW WAS THIS NOT HIS FIRST RESPONSE???!!! I could never get past this outrageous response. Also, the TV remote didn't have volume control and the apartment was too far from the center of town.

Lovely location and view. Just a 20 min walk into the centre of Bergen.Facilities were simple but all that we required. Good to have a washing machine. Host was good at communicating.

It was a bit noisy as the person in the building next door was doing building work on Friday evening and then started at 7 am on Saturday morning. Few minor repairs are required eg to the shower door, the sofa bed dipped in when you sat on it.

The view is amazing, and I thought the apartment was generally well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The nights were quiet and the kitchen, although small, does the job. The pick-up of the keycard via a key lock was really easy once you know how the system works. The bus stop is super close by and buses are very frequent, so this is all very practical and easy. Overall, we had a lovely stay here!

It is a bit unpractical that the large window in the living room does not have curtains, as with the long days of sunlight in the summer, one needs a mask for sleeping. Also, the fact that one has to pay a large security deposit or otherwise pay a damage fee waiver, was an unpleasant surprise. But these are just minor comments.
