USThe host met us at the property when we arrived to make sure we were settled and ready to go. We had no issues with checking in or with the accommodations. It is a beautifully redone historic home. The home was clean, fresh linens & towels were available. We had 4 adults and 2 children, with plenty of space for all. Absolutely loved our stay.
Honestly, everything was great. Hot water works very well. I could night find a hair dryer, but a new one was delivered to the house when I asked if there was one - problem solved. My only suggestion is that the washer needs to be cleaned, as when we did a load of a laundry, the clothes smelled musty/mildew-ey. There is no dryer but the clothes dried fine on a rack.
USWe had a wonderful time at the Wild Atlantic Way Historic House in the Burren and our experience was exceptional. We will certainly return to the lovely house because of the utter beauty of the nature surrounding it and the cozy feeling of the historical house. The public beach is a few steps away, so is Linnane’s Lobster Bar, a must for lunch or dinner. We followed Derek’s recommendations to the stunning places of the Burren. He is a caring host who made us feel very much at home.
