Great modern stylish apartment

Unfortunately we reported on first morning that the air-con leaked overnight, accumulating a mass amount of water which a child slipped on. We reported this and were asked to send video evidence (which we did) and got ignored for two days. We were told there was an iron for ironing our clothes in the cupboards, unfortunately there was no iron so the owner said the caretakers would bring it that day and it would be there for us returning to the apartment that evening. Unfortunately when we returned there was still NO iron. We contacted them again to ask where it was and they were adamant the caretakers had been to drop it off. There was still no iron upon our exit from the apartment. The owners sent us on a goose chase searching the apartment high and low, then on our last day confirmed they do not have one. Time wasters. If you are booking the apartment for 2+ nights - be aware there is no rubbish/trash bin facility to accommodate everyone’s eating. We put our trash downstairs at the bins, and it was returned to the door by neighbours. We asked owners where to discard our trash and we were told to keep it in our room until you check out. We had a total of 6 stinking trash bags full of 5 days worth of food with no where to put them. Understandably, this attracted ants and bugs to the apartment. So the apartment is lovely, however the service and the facilities were very very disappointing. Also - no manual for the dishwasher (it would not start at all). I have uploaded screen shots of the video that was requested, but it’s hard to see the water clearly, but there was a lot). This was not fixed at all and it disturbed us in so many way. I look forward to updating booking.com directly of this stay. Kind regards

We loved our 2 night stay with my parents. The apartment is so clean and there's so much cupboard storage spaces for luggages and clothing in all rooms. There are two bathrooms with a shower and toilet and we were so relaxed and happy to come home into a comfy bed after a long day in the city. Also to mention, the bus is convenient and 5 mins walking distance from the apartment, the bus ride is only 15 mins to Venezia. Easy for my dad, who access is disabled. The communication between myself and apartment company was Excellento 10/10. We are so happy to have stayed here during our Italy trip! We highly recommend :)

The location was great .spotless , bus spot just outside. Deffo recommend .

Modern clean apartment, new facilities, clever fridge design. Good security, easy access, no keys required

Could use a microwave, 2 single mattresses made up as a double. No hot water for 24 hrs. Main entrance door into building was often left open. Should be self closing for increased security

delayed contact with the host company (3 days to make all the payments resulting in access code sent on my way to the plane), no pots or a kettle in the kitchen annex (only two pans) which made it unusable, renovation works done untidy with bathroom tiles stained with concrete
