Spacious 2bdr Seminyak walking eat&shop street

The villa is clean and comfortable, very spacious and well maintained. Smooth and easy check in, and the villa assistant available anytime. Big and clean pool, huge garden. Comfortable beds and quiet area, but still walking distance to all the shopping, eating places and Seminyak beach. Highly recommended

We’ve spent a wonderful time at this accommodation, the villa is very spacious, with the good size swimming pool and a big garden. We were a bit confused with previous review, however, the villa is super clean, and all the bedding and towels are brand new. Santi took a great care of us, extra gratitude for that. Definitely coming back!

Very aged and needs repairs

There’s were stains on towels and sheets. The bedding was terrible, the doors were falling off the hinges and covered in mold. The pool water was hot and maybe 1 meter deep. The deck chairs felt like they were falling apart . The bathrooms were very strange, and mould in the corners and ceilings everywhere. The amenity’s were not re-stocked . The tiles covered in black mold

Ideal property for 2 couples. Place is very big, high sealing, good air conditioning, excelent clean swimming pool, safe main door. The property needs some deep clean as a water pressure machine for the baths, tiles by the pool etc also maintenance, just little investment but owners don’t seem to care about this. However they ask every day if you want cleaning at your convenient time. It does not look as amazing as in the photos but overall good.

One of the bedrooms smells a bit of dump. Also the door needs maintenance. It needs some water filters for the taps to avoid getting all the limestone.

Location, close to all attractions and amenities.

A bit outdated, need maintenance here and there, exterior flooded when is raining

The Villa was an amazing place, 10 years ago, its still nice but is too old, the place is spacious, and the living room plus the kitchen are nice. Bedrooms are cozy

need a maojor face lift if they want to keep it as nice as it was before, alor of insects will inavde the bathroom even when all doors r locked. the pool needs a faster flow of wwater to keep the water clean of all the dirt it accumelats from the garden. The Acs are helpless, they are not able to keep the place cool in this heat. the water flow in the bathrooms also are not great for a shower. The Villa is located close to a busy street, however its very quite at night and not very close to major attractions in Seminyak
