Villa Avras sea view feel like home properties

Excellent communication, spacious, as in the photos. A stone's throw from the sea, a nice outdoor area.

Clean but dated bathrooms, small issue with cockroach infestation which is understandable in Mediterranean countries during summer. Po Po

The place is awesome! We were a group of 9, including a baby and it was just perfect. The villa looks very nice and we had all what we needed there. The beach is few mins walk. Close to the villa there is a very good and affordable traditional Greek restaurant and a supermarket with fresh products. It's the place to go for a vacation!

We had a really nice stay with the family in Villa Avras. We've been 8 people and all feel comfortable. Nelly was responding all our needs. Thanks a lot!

It is beautiful property, with amazing views, very close to the beach, the passage under the highway is awesome, you are literally at the beach in 5 minutes. there is a plenty of parking as well, at least at the time we stayed, in front of the house, but on the street as well, as it is a side street so not a lot of traffic.

there is a lot of mosquitos, so come prepared, we did not realize it, and kids slept in the basement, so they were got bitten quite a bit. There were products on the shelf close to the door, but we just did not realize until after the fact.

Excellent location. The host/property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Lovely apartment with great view.
