"Very good"

Lovely and comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.

Shower kept going cold every couple of minutes but we were right at the top of the building. Just wait and it went hot again so not a huge problem.

very close to the sea. Perfect location within reach of local shops and bars. Self catering facilities were very good. Large fridge freezer. oven and cooker top (only 2 rings but very good). very good all in all.

Sofa/sofabed not very comfortable. Stairs were quite steep so my elderly mother was unable to negotiate them. only 2 ceramic hobs on the cooker top so not suitable for cooking large amounts of food but was good for my needs.

Central location. Pretty decor and easy to find. Loved the sea view and watching the world go by. Very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. It was great! Maybe a welcome book to say how to work the TV and hot water. Online isn’t for everyone.

location

no heating or hot water, spoilt our 1st day waiting for it to be sorted as we couldn’t shower. We were sent a video of how to turn the heating on only trouble was we weren’t sent the whole video so consequently had to keep phoning the office. we were told the heating goes off in May but it was cold so don’t understand why it wasn’t checked before we arrived. why should we have to have a video sent ? Lack of attention really annoyed us.

the location was perfect. i was expecting a ground floor apartment but the top floor was doable. very good space for us. the apartment was well equipped with common things you would normally need

i would have preferred the ground floor apartment but it was not available. the bed was the only problem. being on the heavy side, the coils of the bed were digging into my back. a mattress topper or a firmer bed would be preffered.

Microwave too high up,WiFi is non existent, shower door tight squeeze, take a shower mat,it's dangerously slippery.

"Great little spot."

Lovely little property, perfect for a short break where we were out and about a lot, and very close to some nice cafés and the seafront. It was immaculately clean, and easy to check in and out with the key safe. Communication from the management was spot on, too.
