NLIn het huis: de zwembad en de keuken. Buiten: heerlijk eten еn prachtige zee.
Veel problemen met het water en de internet in het huis. De hoevelheid toeristen was enorm groot, en de drukte op de weg was verschrikkelijk. Nikiti is een klein stadje en is niet geschikt voor zo veel gasten tegelijkertijd.

ROAm rezervat cu speranta ca va fi mai bine ca in recenzii, si asa a fost. Proprietarul a schimbat anul acesta compania ce administreaza vila iar acest lucru s-a simtit. Piscina, ce era cea mai rau cotata, a fost extraordinara (la fiecare 2 zile persoana responsabila se ocupa in detaliu si nu am avut nici o problema). Intr-o singura zi, dimineata, apa era putin tulbure, dar am contactat administratorul si s-a rezolvat imediat. In interior curatenie, dar mai sunt cateva mici "reparatii" de facut ( usa de la dormitorul mare se deschide greu, in sesul ca atinge de jos, sitele de la chiuvetele de la baie ar trebui curatate si astfel ar fi presiune suficienta la apa, o etajera din sticla, de la baie, ramasa pe balcon). In zona de langa gratar ar trebui putin mai multa atentie la curatenie ( un sejlong rupt ramas langa, cateva panze de paianjan la o aplecatoare). In rest, totul ca in poze si in descriere!
Ca minus....lipsa sejlongurilor la piscina. Doar unul disponibil.

GRBGLocation House is built pretty good, but maintained really poorly.
Cleanliness was a big issue, especially the pool - green fungus line on all sides and junk at the bottom. We didn’t even think of using it. Lack of basic things - toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body cleanser, bags for trash…. There were two bee nests right above the main entrance door. My pregnant girlfriend is allergic to them. Good thing we didn’t stay at the house at all during the day. The host - told me we can park our cars in the alley next to the house and so we did. Ten minutes later an old lady from nearby houses was shouting at us to move our cars or else… Checkout - it is required to make an appointment with the host to check-in/check-out which is annoying and time wasting.
