Please avoid this property at all cost. property not as described. No toiletries provided. The owner is a scammer/gangster. same property listed under different heading at same time. They will chose which ever one they like at the expense of tourist with no regard to booking.com rules. in fact they follow no rules and do what ever they want. The also have other properties so if you have problem with them. your life will be miserable

Very rude and untrustworthy host, no regards to rules. To say how bad they are, there was no single toilet roll in the property no washing liquid for dirty plates and limited kitchen gadgets. only 5 people per apartment allowed in the pool. We were left in the heat/sun for close to an hour before they showed up to give us the keys, We arrived at the speculated and agreed time.

Property was very good for the stay couple of nights .

We made booking from website around 2 o clock for checking time was 3 , person called me and said to wait till 6 to do check in . Originally check out time was 12 but he forced us to go out at 9.30 because they had new booking for the day . Please confirm about timing before making booking .

The accommodation

From the moment we stepped into the appartement, and as a whole family, we were blown away by the impeccable service and warm hospitality of the staff. The appartement prime location made it incredibly convenient for exploring Marakech although we knew the city but we had the chance to easily explore further spaces, with all major attractions just a stone's throw away. Our appartement was nothing short of luxurious, with tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views. The attention to detail and care put into every aspect of our stay truly exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, we were impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the facilities and equipment provided. What's even more remarkable is that despite the exceptional service and amenities, the pricing was incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the level of comfort and luxury provided. Overall, our stay at this appartment was an absolute delight, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in Coralia , specifically this appartement as it brings lovely vibes with its amazing staff.
