Small room, outside noise

The room was perfect, right next to the sky tower!! You can’t beat that :) Nice and clean and really comfortable. The location was perfect and we wish we stayed longer.

The duration of the stay-wanted to stay longer!! But actually nothing we love everything

Great location with absolutely amazing views of the sky tower and the Auckland harbor bridge. the room had everything we needed was surprised it also had a washer and dryer. The locations was so convenient in the Centre of everything and parking at NZ$15 a day directly across the street. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Auckland. I usually don't like to stay in a place with no point of contact, an actual real person, as in a reception not just a number to ring, as it makes me nervous if there is a issue during the stay or a problem picking up the key. But it was easy with no issues with clear instructions given. The Pros of this place far out way that one issue and I would stay here again next time in visit Auckland.

We have an overnight flight and got in at 5am into Auckland airport, very tired. We took the shuttle bus into the city and went to the accommodation but couldn't get in to our accommodation until 2pm - so we were tired with 2 large bags and couldn't go anywhere. The amazing cleaner and her offsider helped us, contacted the host and we were provided with bag lockers quickly and they cleaned our room early so we could get in by 11.30 instead of 2pm - it was so appreciated as were were so tired after 15 hours travelling. The location was brilliant, close to marina (walking distance), room set up had everything you needed and we were very comfortable. We would stay again. And I hope the host passes on our thanks to the cleaning lady - she was just brilliant.

Nothing really. The room and kitchen, and laundry etc was very modern and well set out. The security on the apartments was also very good and made you feel very safe being in central Auckland. We really couldnt not fault this place.

Location was very central, and keys were easy to access. Big space. Access to pool.

The room was not as advertised. No air con. No natural light. Damaged furniture. Loud all night with homeless people outside despite wanting a quiet room. Tiny TV. Sauna was not hot. Did not feel safe as a solo woman because of no internal lock. Wildly overpriced. I wouldn't have minded the quality of the room if it were much cheaper, but I wish I had gone to a hotel for that price.
