"Lovely place with a great view of green outskirts of Trivandrum city."

Serene location facing KIMS hospital, near the main road. Food can be ordered via online apps. 3 spacious bedrooms and a nice living room and kitchen. great view from balconies. best for a large family for a great outing. Elegant and tidy rooms and fitting with ACs. Neeraj is a nice host.

Me and my family stayed in this apartment and The stay was excellent. The owner of this apartment is very professional and truly made a difference, and I am grateful for the outstanding service. It's a 3 BHk Fully furnished luxury apartment . This place was like home away from home. It's impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments for a comfortable stay. We are frequent travellers and I would say this has been the best accomodation we have had yet . We will definitely come to this place again .

Great value for a family. The rooms were super clean. You get a proper 3 bhk with beautiful interiors and lightings with 2 bedrooms having balconies. You get a full size kitchen with all appliances, washing machine. The smart TV with OTT access was cherry on top. 10/10
