Cottage on quite a busy road, garden needs a bit of attention

GBThe rooms were large but my husband kept banging his head on the ceiling Bed comfy and large Nice little garden for dog, but grass not cut
There was only one mirror in the whole property, it was in the bathroom, so couldn’t sit to do makeup and had to use extension cable to straighten hair, lighting terrible in bathroom too, so for a girl who needs to do her face up this was tragic. Not even a mirror in bedroom either, also no clock. Pillows were also cheap ones, and when I stripped the bed there was a dirty mattress topper with no mattress topper protector, simply not acceptable when there is so many people sleeping in the bed.
GBMy friend and I rented this house as we were coming to Crieff for a friend's wedding. It was very clean and comfortable and the hosts replied to messages very quickly. We really enjoyed staying here.

Noise through the windows and no getting confirmation and codes until the Friday when we were leaving

GBNo breakfast or welcome pack on arrival. Location very poor re industrial estate, poor parking and extremely busy road, very heavy traffic at all hours of day and night, found it difficult to sleep. We where not made aware of traffic, industrial estate or parking prior to arrival and feel that our host should have been made us aware of these issues at booking point and certainly prior to arrival.
Toilet not flushing, very long and unkempt grass in rear garden, garden furniture unusable due to being very dirty, wheelie bins at side of property overflowing and no access to terrestrial TV, outside front of cottage also unkempt and littered.
