Retreat with Heated Pool in a Serene Community

Spacious , the house was clean and just few minutes away from downtown.

We were not able to use the heated pool . It was dirty and still needs cleaning when we checked in.

Had a swimming pool

Was infested with cockroaches and ants. Contacted to tell them and said they would drop off a bug spray!! Nothing was delivered and never heard from them again. Was also extremely dirty, spent most of the time giving it a good clean!

Quiet area, modern appliances and private pool.

We arrived to have air con broken and pool filthy with dead bugs, a snake, and green water. It took 3 days for these things to get sorted. When communicating, the team were quick to reply, but you speak to several different people who never know what's happened, so you have to repeat yourself. We were promised several times they would get back to us shortly and then had to chase two days later when no response received. There were cockroaches running around the kitchen sink area constantly. Lots of utensils missing such as tin openers, cooking trays, etc. Luckily we had a little reimbursement for our troubles. Also important to note...its sold as near disney, but all parks are a good 30-minute car ride, which I wouldn't say was near. We were also quite far from any shops so had to Uber everywhere.

Facility was perfect for our needs.

The floors and master shower needed a little cleaning.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication. Nice housekeeping touches.
