DEPositiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt – sowie der private Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch war. Insgesamt überwiegen jedoch leider die negativen Punkte, weshalb ich die Unterkunft nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.
Die Unterkunft hat leider einige Mängel, die den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. In der Wohnung war ein unangenehmer, penetranter Geruch wahrnehmbar, der vermutlich aus dem Badezimmer bzw. der Kanalisation kam. Zudem war keine dicke Decke vorhanden – lediglich ein Bettbezug, was Anfang Oktober bei kühlerem Wetter sehr unkomfortabel war. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere im Bad. Die Dusche war zudem undicht, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechterte.

The shower doors were broken, and it was impossible to close the doors. Water got out from the shower cabin.

Es hat gestunken und war dreckig. Wir haben nicht dort übernachtet und haben versucht vor der Stornierung mit dem Unternehmen zu telefonieren, nur erreicht man weder jemanden telefonisch noch per email oder WhatsApp. Bisher haben wir weder einen Rückruf erhalten noch unser Geld zurück erhalten. Geantwortet haben sie nun genau 1x und haben nach Bildern gefragt. Wie soll man einen Geruch aufnehmen? Zudem haben wir die Unterkunft nach 10 min verlassen weil wir gleich gesagt haben wir schlafen dort nicht.

По приезду в апартаменты нас встретили, показали все, рассказали где находятся ближайшие и хорошие магазин, кафе, как быстро найти ближайший пляж и пляж с меньшим количеством людей и возможностью рассмотреть водных обитателей. В номере было все необходимое, было чисто, кровати удобные. В доме есть лифт. Огромный балкон, на котором открываются красоты природы с видами в сторону моря. Жители дома очень приветливы

SKWe mostly liked the view from balcony and location, which was close to the bus stop to Palermo, food store and also amazing beach. You can get here from Palermo Airport by train and bus (604 from San lorenzo Coli). That can save you some money, and you can enjoy wide variety of foods in nearby restaurants.
We didn’t like the “old ”smell of the appartment, smaller shower and the bed was a little uncomfortable.
ARThe apartment is really cozy and well located. It has a beautiful balcony from which you can see the amazing sunsets from Mondello. The bedroom is comfortably big and the bed super snug. Summing up, all spaces are considerable spacious except the bathroom.
Even though, the attention from Wonderful Italy was good, there were some things they could improve such as answering the whatsapp messages on a timely manner. What's more, there are some tourist taxes per person (16 euros) which are not mentioned in the post or the description of the place. The funny thing is that the city was really dirty and most of the beaches are private (book in advance in summertime). Ask for the touist taxes invoice, otherwise Wonderful Italy won't give it to you. IMPORTANT: The shower is really small so if you're a bit fat, tall, an elderly, or if you need to shower your kids, you won't be able to have a proper shower.
