"Great location, poor facilities,"

Great location beside Roath park and near local amenities. Beds comfortable

No towels left out. They were hidden in a wardrobe in a bag. Only 3 towels provided. No hand towels provided. Wet towels and dirty laundry found in another cupboard. These remained there for the whole of our 4 night dray despite raising this as an issue on the first day. Shower works fine but floods bathroom. It is also coming off the wall. There is a washing machine but nowhere to hang or dry washing. There was a soaking wet bathmat in the washing machine on arrival. Crockery was visibly dirty. There were only 3 forks. The sofa bed didn't have any instructions. Also couldn't find bedding easily. No duvet provided The kettle makes a squealing noise for the first 2 minutes of boiling. Despite assurances that more towels would be delivered and dirty laundry removed this didn't happen.

"Property management charged me twice for security bond"

Property was in good location and reasonably priced.

I was charged twice for security deposit and despite being told the charge was cancelled and given a reference number I’m still waiting 3 days later for it to remove from my credit card.
