"Stay away don’t do it"

Never again I booked a property and on arrival
150 Heywood Street, Manchester, M8 0DF, United Kingdom
Spoke to the customer service for a refund because the property was inhibitable dirty smelling Switches hanging off the walls half drunk alcohol bottles in the freezer …slippers all over as some one in living in the property …front door was not secure ..kitchen back door stuck on by expanding foam …,the host lives in the back garden of the property in a shed …..no privacy we left the property after 10/15mins 
booking.com Customer serviced advice was to speak to the host in person property which I don’t find was a safe idea …who lives in the garden and has excess to the property..
I send all the pictures to booking.com customer service and they still were not help full getting my money back would not be using the platform to book . They made it impossible to put the negative reviews so I had to post it on Tripadvisor/trust pilot …that’s how u can only see positive reviews on the booking.com And only lets u post 4 pictures so I can see the actual mess and the smell u can not capture in photos .

Please read the negative reviews before book this property.

This is the worst property I ever booked. The host didn't get in touch with me until 2 hours before we supposed to check in. You will get a message on booking advising you to use an app to access the house. The owner was supposed to send further instructions to my email, and they never did. I sent messages and phoned the number they provided 3 days before my stay. Kept phoning and sending messages through WhatsApp and booking without response. It was very stressful. Once they finally got in touch on the day and we reached the property, we faced further issues. The house was dirty. The smell of cigarettes hit us as soon as we walked in. We discovered that the bed sheets were dirty and the towels were wet. The duvet had marks on it. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. The carpets were stained. The bannister was sticky. The house needs upgrading and proper cleaning. The host knew about the problems. There are negative reviews from last year and recently, and they are all very accurate. I'm not sure why the host never done anything to improve the state of the house. Charging £160 and offering accommodation, which is below the basic standard of hospitality, is sad. I hope the owners will finally take all the feedback into consideration, or they will lose potential clients.
