Full Home in Heywood Street near Cheetham Hill

Full three bedroom house to ourselves for really good money, very clean and great location.

The only downside is there is a gate at the side of the house and it’s really loud when people were going through it, and kept us awake throughout the night

Don't know if it was me or what, but I couldn't get any t.v channels tried to tune in, but it seems there was no aerial. And a bit of WiFi would be a bit helpful. But that may have been me I sure if I had phoned the staff, I would have gotten the answers, but as i was busy and not in the property that long at all, I didn't bother to trouble them

Great location and nearby shops and restaurants

Wrongly advertised as 2 bathrooms but only had one, that caused an issue in the morning Also not enough bins in the house

Location, Beds comfortable

Cleanliness, exterior dirty, windows locked fire hazard, fousty smoke smell throughout house. Shower dirty, pipes loose, dusty bannisters, cobwebs throughout. Couch dangerous sat on it and metal spike pierced leg.

Property needs a lot of work and is very basic - but you’d expect this for the reasonable price.

The area is noisy and there is a reasonable amount of noise through the night.

The house is mostly clean and the owners were easy to contact and pleasant to communicate with. The beds were OK. The property does have some significant maintenance issues with fixtures and fittings really which need addressing. It had a bit of a student flat vibe with a distinct smell of exotic herbs in the living room. There were crumbs on the sofa and a bit of rubbish in the area in front of the house. There was also no instruction or information booklet of any kind, which I'd expect to see in a property being let for short stays. The area was fine and reasonably quiet on the night and it was convenient for getting to the city centre for the event we were attending. Overall, I guess it is OK for a night if you need somewhere
