MYNothing. I didn’t even check in because of security issues. I’ve reached out to the agent and also called the customer service. Absolutely no reply from agent.
The check in time was later than usual and only upon confirmation, more information was shared: fridge contained owner food (don’t touch), and then worst: there is a locked room within the entire unit you booked. I replied the agent saying I don’t feel comfortable with the locked room for security reasons, and there was radio silence from agent until now. There is no consideration for refund even when I didn’t check in at all. Suspect scam.
