First to arrive to the property the road it’s very damaged. The cottage was difficult to identify because it didn’t have a any visible name. When we arrived we noticed that there wasn’t any amenities (hand sope, and shampoo) and the responde of the staff was too late, and didn’t resolve my needs. When it rained the water entered in the rooms, and it’s necessary to moped the floor. The freezer has an enormous layer of ice, and when it melts it starts leaking inside the fridge, and drench the food. The appliances were dirty and the dishes inside the cabins were wet.
