Cozy house with large free parking on premises

The house was cozy, clean, and in a very convenient location. The large Samsung washer and dryer were awesome, and there was plenty of space for our family! The main bathroom is huge with a shower and tub, the second bathroom is smaller with just a shower. The kitchen is also spacious, the stove is electric, and there were pots and pans available, but not many. You may want to bring a few essentials to make sure you have what you typically use to cook with to facilitateyour family/group. We were here for the National Christian Homeschool Basketball tournament, so the location of the house was ideal for traveling to all the Fieldhouses and gyms in the area. The farthest distance we had to travel for a game was 16 minutes, most were under 10, which was amazing! The hosts were very responsive to all of our needs. I would say the house didn't meet expectations because it was listed as a 3 bedroom even though it's only a 2 bedroom, but we still had a place to sleep for my family and everyone enjoyed it, so ultimately expectations were met! Knowing what we know now, we'd still book this house again!

The house is listed as a 3-bedroom, but it is not. It's a 2 bedroom. There are 4 beds, and the living room has a pull-out queen bed. There isn't an iron or ironing board on the property, and the master bed is very loud. Any movement on it causes the frame to sound off. That caused a little difficulty sleeping, but nothing major. I think the frame just needs to be tightened. This is minor, but having more of an instant coffee maker vs the older pot style would have been nice for our early mornings having to get up and out quickly.

Dan, our host, was terrific! We wanted a flexible place to host our several children, grandchildren and greats in small groups while we were in town. It was great for this. The layout and simplicity worked well and we played lots of Farkle and puzzles around the kitchen table. Appliances were great and parking worked well. The central ocation likewise worked well for us. It was swell to have close access to Aldi's, Price Cutter's, Wal-Mart and fast food. We were blessed to be able to enjoy the richness of leaves turning colors!

The mattress in the MBR was ok for a week, but we were there for more than 2 weeks. The description of the house did not make it clear that the MBR does not have an ensuite bath and we mistakenly assumed it did in a 2 BRM, 2BA HOME. 66
