Didn't see the owners at all before arriving called Natalia, the host but she never answered or called back

It was in a nice quiet location but still convenient for where we were visiting. Very clean and well equipped.

Nothing really. Perhaps some brighter overhead lighting would have been good, but I’m nitpicking here and it was probably fine for most people (I have eyesight issues).

Spotless, comfortable, cooking facilities excellent, Proprietor was very helpful and obliging and location was ideal.

One area we found difficult, being in our 70s, was the high chairs around the worktop. We prefer a table with standard size chairs to eat around.

It was tidy

Rodney Hoil (the landlord/owner) was a completly inappropriate he walked into our apartment screaming and stayed at the bottom of the stairs screaming for us to come down bare in mind one of the girls were getting changed. Rude old man with a temper problem
