Good facilities, very comfortable.

I hate it when the room's owner is complaining that the shampoo and dish soap are running low. which, in my understanding, is covered by the room rate. the room owner accused me of stealing 1 prepared towel although we were given just 1 which suppose to be 2 Also, the water supply's pressure is quite low.

Have most of the kitchen facilities, washing machine, water heater and fridge

Beds feel uncomfortable…I can feel something hard against my back….even the sofa bed too…air-cond not working properly especially in the bedrooms…set to low temp but does not feel as cold as it should be…water flow is also poor…
