Really disappointing. The owner didn’t contact us nor receive our calls for the instructions and keys to get into the room, so we have to wait 1-2 hrs after 10 p.m…when my dad was pretty sick at that time. When we get into the room, the rubbish from the last traveller was kicking around and so we have to do the cleaning work ourself after 5 hrs of tiring trip. The service staff finally come when we finish the cleaning… Thanks to the help of the security guards who help us to contact the owner at that time! The SHORE is a good location, but look for other rooms.

The attitude of owning a business

Apartment about 300 to 400 sqft, a great temporary place for small family (2 adults & 2 kids) with kitchen, combine living & dining area, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom, bathroom and balkoni. Near to the Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu. Would say the unit was in the heart of the city.

No designated parking. You have to pay extra if you want to park in the same building. Rm24 per day. The apartment was newly built and renovation still on going during our stay.

Complete but too small

1st room big but the 2nd room too small

water pressure is low
