"POOR COMMUNICATION"

I booked this accommodation due to another property cancelling on me the last minute. I tried to reach out to the property asking about late check-in options, someone answered the call after trying to ring several times and told me they will ring me back and hang up, they also barely spoke in English. However no one rang me back, I sent a message in Spanish through booking.com to the property and when my plane landed in Puerto Rico I saw that accommodation was cancelled and there was a message sent saying that property was overbooked and I should look for something else. I am not sure how is this possible. If property is fully booked, it should not be advertised as available.

Nothing to like or dislike as I was cancelled the last minute .
