no hot water, the shower gets backed up. very noisy and hard to find, the taxi drivers I had were super rude and annoyed I didn’t have specific landmarks to go by, the building name is very small. if you get Uber or taxi it would be easier to give them the bar next door or the cafe right infront as landmarks. the bed is uncomfortably hard, flat pillows, limited functional outlets.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, short Uber ride to old town and bar downstairs was excellent. nice to have an elevator too.

The previous guest had taken the charging cable for wifi device, so had an issue with wifi, host was quick to resolve it. the pool was too cold to swim in, always in the shade.

The location and price are good, super close to the beach.

The host was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He does not have his number attached to the listing, if you try to call, some other person will answer who knows nothing about the property will pick up. When I got this host's actual phone number from the person whose phone is attached to the listing, the actual host did not pick up his phone or answer texts, which I only tried after trying to get ahold of him on Booking/com messaging. I had to call customer service so that they could get ahold of him after 45 minutes of trying to get ahold of this person. This person then proceeded to tell me that he sent me the wrong check-in instructions for the apartment and that I had the keys for another apartment which was on a different floor...yet never even apologized, not one "sorry for the confusion" (took me 45 minutes to get in my apartment finally). I then had to get back in the car to go to CVS and buy a battery ($10) for the gate's remote so I can get my car in the parking spot that was promised. This added an extra 30 minutes to the ordeal. I told the host about having to buy the battery, to which he replied with "thanks". Nice place to stay, but this person has no business being a host.

Good place, near the beach and restaurants. There was no problem with parking, i found free space on the street.

Extremly noisy rattling air conditioning, mosquitoes, the apartment is very small, the toilet did not flush well

the owner overbooked. first blamed booking.com they over booked his placed. when in fact is the owners responsibility to “shut off” certain dates once booked. then called us that he has another room “much better” when in fact it was worst. he sent pictures of the better areas of the room- we assumed it would be fine. the room had bunked beds- with a broken bottom bed. we left early because the conditions were so poor. the owner was responsive at first - but when i asked for a refund stop responding

Close to everything, Clean and organized...

The owner sent pictures of the key box, the building, & the front door—- SO helpful! Fantastic TV Nice to have an elevator. Close to places to eat, drink & the beach. Easy to get to the airport. Public transportation across the s. We will stay here again.

Something in the hallway was beeping the entire time — maybe a dead battery on a smoke detector?

How easy it was to access and that after it was cleaned, the cleanliness was somewhat acceptable, with the exception of the bathroom. The host responded to most things quickly.

The building is super sketchy, the ground floor looks almost abandoned, the elevator was dingy and water was filtering right into it, the stairs are a recipe for disaster when wet-they were wet and steep. The people in the apt. next door were loud. The unit itself is ok if you don't spend much time in it. The bathroom was dirty, moldy, it flooded as soon as I opened the shower and flooded into the apt. unit below; Also, extremely tiny and uncomfortable. The entry door had a 1/2" hole at the bottom and about 3/4" gap between it and the threshold that any small rodent or insect could come in through it, and by the looks of the building, there could be any pests running around easily. The whole place didn't feel safe. If this would have been something under $100 a night, maybe it would have been acceptable, but it wasn't.
