Manila Airport Staycation near NAIA Terminal 3

Location is close to NAIA Terminal 3 and closer to supermarket, restaurant’s and mall.

Clean but I think it needs deep cleaning or an air freshener.

Minutes away to Airport

The aircon seemed to be not cleaned for years. Dusts have accummulated already. The plants have not watered for weeks. Diners chairs were broken. TV wasnt functioning, remote was broken too. Small things which can be fixed immediately.

Central to everything

The unit is spacious and unlike typical condos. It has everything you need, just like home. You can also see that it is super duper near NAIA.

The only thing I don't like is that the location doesn't match Booking.com. The map shows it in front of the church, but it isn't. However, it's only a two-minute walk away. Not much of a difference, so it's still a great location.

We like how convenient it is to buy groceries since the place is near malls and restaurants. The staff are nice and assisted us until we got to the actual unit. The owner is very accommodating and answers our questions promptly

There were small roaches, and the appliances are very old and outdated. The rugs, bed covers, and blankets were also dirty. The remote controls weren’t working, and there were only a few channels available, which could only be changed directly on the TV since there was no functioning remote. The sofa was springy, and the shower head fell on my head twice haha because the holder was loose and the bathroom sink was clogged. What made me feel most uncomfortable was the large gap around the ac—it's like the condo unit across from us could see into the bedroom through the gap. I’d still consider booking again because the place is cute and relaxing, but I really hope the owner gives more attention to cleanliness.
