"対応がひどい"

広くて、景色がいい。

電子レンジとガスコンロが作動せず、連絡したところIHなどで代用してとの事。その後電子レンジが使えるようになると、ポットが作動しなかったりとメチャクチャでした。使えないことは仕方ないとは思いますが、少し半笑いで今日のお昼頃は正常についたんですけどね〜、IHとかで代用できないですかね？^ ^と対応が最低でした。宿泊後は電子レンジ、ガスコンロ共に正常に作動することがご確認いたしました。と連絡が来て、煽られた気分です。何かしら対応するべきではないでしょうか？

綺麗だし、寝室もたくさんあってとても良かったです！温泉掛け流しも気持ちよく使えました。大人数で使うのにとても適していると思います！

草津の中心街からは少し距離があるかなと感じました。
