Oceanfront with Lazy River and Huge Pool Oasis

Room didn't fit the proper amount of people that it says it does and very dirty and damaged

The view was great. We wanted oceanfront, which is what we got.

The room was smaller than expected. The beds were not comfortable, small as well. The room was semi-clean, it could've been cleaner. Didn't feel sanitized.

I liked that it had multiple places to eat and an icecream shop. I also liked the oceanfront view.

Crowded, the room was a little dated.

The grounds itself were nice the pool and jacuzzis were nice and big. And lots bed being right on the beach.

The room was not set up for our family. We had to call right away as stated in their email. We didn’t have enough towels, bedding or pool bracelets. We had to keep calling till about 1030 when we were finally told we weren’t going to have been for our children till the next day. When we threatened to use the curtain to cover our children is when we finally heard back that they will be dropping off. But never got them till the next morning cause they didn’t deliver till sometime after midnight. And nothing was clean. Just new items from still in store packaging. And never did see the pool brackets. Just narrated by security for not having them. The room itself was ok. Very tight kitchen with a very very sticky floor. Beds were ok all you get is a bottom sheet pillows and a very thin comforter. If you have any at all. No other sheets or blankets. If you try calling management it goes to other property companies or you get automated responses most of the time. You never have Contact with a live person. Even the people who dropped off missing items just hang it on your door and run. Still waiting on our $50 inconvenience refund also. Been over a week
