Excellent value for money. Well equiped, modern and clean with large, comfortable bed. Free, easy parking right outside the house. Quick, helpful responses from staff. Free WiFi. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Lisbon. Although in a quiet area, we did find a nice café/restaurant 7 minutes walk from the accomodation.

Yes, there was some evidence that some building work had been ongoing to rear of building, but there was no activity or noise at the time of our visit. It was not a problem and would not stop us from booking this accomodation again.

The house is super, the hosts are pleasant enough. The room we had has been reently renovated so was in reasonable shape. I believe that once renovations are completed the guest house will be lovely.

The room we booked was listed as having a balcony and a view. We got neither as we were in the cellar looking on to a rather shabby garden. There was no way to boil water in the apartment other than using a filter coffee machine without any filters to make hot water. The stove provided did not work at all. There was no notification on the outside of the locked gate to indicate that this was indeed the property that we were looking for. There was no sound proofing between us and the bathroom above.

Very close to the airport and very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very accomodating and friendly.

No breakfast was included. Rooms were clean and shared facilities were clean with everything required (WiFi, towels, etc). Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and we were very happy with the accommodation.
