Apartment Opera Vintage - Budapest City Centre

The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center, and you can walk everywhere. The hosts were kind, ready to help, and quick to respond. The apartment was clean

The first day the apartment was cold; it only warmed up the next day. The shower cabin door cannot be closed, so water ends up on the bathroom floor.

Las escaleras. Para una persona mayor, pésimo.

La comodidad, la ubicación, la limpieza, las instalaciones.

Pésimo segundo piso sin ascensor, la llegada caótica, me caí buscando la entrada adecuada, muy malas instrucciones para una persona de 74 años como yo.

Apartment was clean, warm, comfortable and the location was perfect, right in the city centre. (10 minute walk from the airport express bus transfer stop and right next to the Hungarian State Opera)

Location, location, location!

This is a complaint about booking.com and not our hosts. In the middle of very important instruction emails with the host, Booking blocked me stating that I wasn't the person who made the reservation (not true). There was no way to contact booking, just FAQs that didn't help. No booking chat, no phone number and no response from my email to them. I was already out of the U.S. when this happened. I doubt I will book through booking dot com again.

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Vom Bahnhof zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lage ist super.

Die Nachbarin hat oft laut telefoniert, es war in der Früh störend, aber wir waren eh die ganze Zeit unterwegs. Bad war nicht sehr groß.
