This lovely property is newly refurbished, exceptionally clean with high quality fixtures and fittings. It has 3 large bedrooms all with a bathroom and 2 with large spacious balconies. There is also a secure parking space and a spacious outdoor eating area which you can shade if you wish. The pool also has great features with water jets and a massager, a shower and an outside toilet. The property is well located just a 15 minute walk from Rovinj old town, a 5 minute walk to the beach and there is restaurants and a bakers in very close proximity. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and were happy to deal with any queries and give recommendations.

This property is excellent and there wasn’t anything we did not like.

Excellent location, close by the sea, restaurants nearby and a short walk in the old town centre. Very friendly and helpful owner and the villa is beautiful with a very good private pool.
