"Horrific. DO NOT STAY HERE"

It was filthy, so much dust. The cutlery was gross, cooker utterly horrific, microwave needs chucking, filthy kitchen floor and bathroom.

I told them about how filthy it was, the cleaner came in and did nothing!!! The standards of the cleaner they use is poor poor poor. The cleaner has no standards, neither do the owners.
