It was a perfect spot for one person or a couple! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to the surrounding area. Spotless apartment! If I could move in permanently I would! Daryl was a perfect host!

"Speechless a home away from home."

I loved everything about this location. It was perfect for me and my boyfriend. I got to see NYC in a different light. We got to visit the Beach Orchard park everything we went to was about 30 min from the location. It was a home away from home. Easy accessing property there is no private parking but street parking. Will definite be back.

The coffee machine didn't work but that's okay.
