L'appartement est bien mais il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel. Absence totale de personnel et équipement limité , exemple : machine à café présente mais 2 capsules pour 4 nuits à deux personnes !!

Complicated check-in system. The house is managed remotely and no physical presence of staff to provide check-in support. Communication was made on the phone via WhatsApp or by calling a phone number, which incurred us extra cost of calling to international number as we are coming from Germany and have only German SIM cards. It was pretty hot inside the room. No air conditioner, no fan were provided in the room, it was only slow ventilation system through small duct in the roof. The business owner maybe decided to economize on the electricity consumption for the air conditioning or fan, but forgot that the hot weather inside the room could push the guest to take several showers per day, which means much consumption of water i.e. higher costs. Our request to provide ventilator / fan was rejected. One small piece of toilet paper (not even full roll) was provided for two people (my husband and I) for three nights. Request to provide additional roll of toilet paper was rejected. We had to buy toilet paper ourselves. Bed sheets, blanket and pillows-covers are made of mixed material (polyester and cotton). It made our sleeping not comfortable. i.e. Sticky sweating body over polyester bedsheets and pillows. Continous noise (even if the terrace door is closed) coming from airplanes engines flying over the house as the house located in the vicinity of the airport. Some ants were observed on the bed and pillows as the room (number 2) located on ground floor. Mosquitoes came into the room when we opened the terrace door for fresh air. Pest control needs to be considered. All communications with customer experience team were useless and just a wasting of time as all our simple basic requests mentioned above to resolve issues were rejected. The team kept asking us for patience and understanding, while they should have better understanding to respect the guest /customer basic wishes and request that can facilitate and please the stay.
