"Mooie locatie, maar slechte prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding."

Locatie, gratis parkeren op 700 meter, goede wifi, grote koelkast met vriezer. Prima douche (wel vlam vd geiser op lage stand zetten ivm verbrandings-gevaar)

Kakkerlakken in de badkamer, vuilnisbelt als uitzicht, slechts 2 gaspitten bruikbaar (want oven is kapot) verstopte douche-afvoer die ik zelf heb ontstopt (vol met haar van 2 maanden of meer), geen enkele info over appartement, wifi, afvalafhandeling, parkeren, supermarkten in de buurt, things to do. Geen waterkoker oid om thee-water te koken. Lampen-unit en stopcontact bij spiegel in douche kapot. Douchekraan verkeerd om gemonteerd. Alleen ongezellig hard en fel licht van plafonnières. Geen enkele sfeerverlichting. Super kleine tv. Zeer oncomfortabele (slaap)bank. Geen bijzettafeltjes voor koffie, drinken, hapjes etc. Vuilnisbelt op het dak. Oa veel bananenschillen, oud en vers. Worden blijkbaar door mensen van hogere verdiepingen naar buiten geworpen. Trekt ook meeuwen aan. Veel bouwpuin, buizen, weggewaaide kledingstukken, plastic afval, etcetera. Zie foto. Veel herrie van de meeuwen en van de airco's etc in de omgeving. Neem oordopjes mee! Geen pannenlappen / ovenwanten. Geen theedoeken of kleine keukenhanddoeken. Slechts 1 bierglas en 1 koffie-glas. Algemene staat van onderhoud: matig. Gevoel dat appartement door eigenaar als melkkoe wordt gebruikt.

Los vecinos tiran la comida y el agua hacia abajo ensuciando toda la ropa que tenías colgada.Las vistas al mar resultaron ser a un patio lleno de mugre y gaviotas que molestan toda la noche.

La decoración, como en las fotos y la limpieza perfecta, equipado con todo lo necesario

Las vistas que ofrecían eran vistas al mar y nos encontramos con vistas a un patio interior, tampoco me gustó que se usarán bombonas de gas para el calentador de agua y la cocina
