Location, location, location!! Beautiful And the owner Germani us very helpful.

Could be a bit slightly modern. But all was there and all was working at the end of the day!! Loved it . Location is eccellent ❤️‍🩹

Location was spot on. Super accessible as it was by the main beaches.

Sure, here is the translation: * Door difficult to open and close * Not very clean * Bathroom too small, no bidet * It says it’s by the sea, which it is, but it's a basement. * The place was full of ants * The neighbors are loud and you constantly hear footsteps * Smells like mold * Rip off - not good value for money
