Comfortable 2 bedroom house in historic Exeter

Great location, short walk to the station. Clean and tidy property with comfortable beds.

Location, outdoor space, parking, quiet, clean and tidy, facilities and white goods and comfortable, clean, practical, functional, good value.

Toilet seat wonky and kept moving when sat on it, shocking self and startling. Minor in scheme of things and quick fix probably. Shower fixture kept slipping down, again quick fix or cheap replacement only. Freezer had burst can of coke in guest space from previous guests and looked like "dirt" and dirty as black and gritty ice exploded all over drawer. We used top section instead and wasn't actually dirt just exploded can of coke. Otherwise clean, tidy, clear instructions and nice to have dishwasher. Some need of finer details on how to use oven maybe. I worked it out anyway and for cost really great to have use of a kitchen. TV Intructions may need a little tweaking as this was a bit unclear and fiddly when navigating. No Netflix currently. Otherwise freeview, garden space catching sun, free parking, safe, convenient clean and quiet family friendly location.

Quiet location. Short walk to train station or longer stroll into Exeter centre

Unfortunately the bathroom extractor fan was on constantly with no way to turn it off as the pull-switch was broken. Owner suggested fixes but these did not work. Two nights interrupted sleep as it was quite loud

Comfortable place to stay to explore the city and surroundings. St David's station only a few minutes walk away for easy access to city or scenic train ride along the coast. Would definitely use again.
