Our vacation was absolutely amazing! The property is truly wonderful and everything is stylishly decorated with beautiful stone features. We loved having access to the yard, which comes fully equipped with a BBQ grill and a big table—everything was just perfect. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. What we loved most was that despite the charming, traditional old Italian house style, the apartment is packed with modern amenities. It has an induction hob, a dishwasher, and even a well-working washing machine. We truly had everything we needed, not to mention the beautiful view from the window! Also, for climbers, the location is unbeatable—it's super close to the best sector in Finale. Highly recommended!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen! Die Wohnung war nicht nur äußerst sauber und gepflegt, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cà di Pippo is situated in a marvellous landscape, surroundend by beautiful nature and a nice view to the other side of the valley. It's only 15 minutes walk to a great rock-climbing place with tons of best climbing possibilities! We enjoyed the possibility to enlighten a fire in the barbecue-place. The appartment itself is absolutely nice restaurated, which made us feel comfy! The hosts are really courteously and eager to make you feel as comfortable as possible!!

Our stay was in the end of December. The appartment could have been heated up a bit more in advance of our arrival. But that was a too big deal, as we could ask the hosts for a solution and experienced them as open minded for all of our concerns.

Perfect appartement if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place close to Finale! The building is lovely, there is a terrace with a great view, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, and even a very cool custom made grill. The climbing crags of Boragni are in walking distance (~10 mins) which is also an asset. The hosts Elena and Davide are very friendly and communicative, and managing key handover etc. was supereasy!

The apartment is beautifully renovated and has a nice historic yet modern charme. Davide and Elena were always there and responded quickly for any questions. The kitchen had sharp knives and an induction stove :-) Heating and AC is also there. At night it is really quiet. Private parking available. We came for climbing (highly recommended in the whole area) and the large Boragni area is in walking distance.

Everything was perfect Note for the digital nomads: No Wifi yet (but I had LTE connection ;-))
