Difficult access by car. No possibility to even drop off luggage. Little or no help from staff to find solutions (I discovered they exist!)

Fabulous and convenient location in a beautiful old building, modern bathroom and kitchenette with everything you would expect and want.

- The check-in and check-out processes were unnecessarily overcomplicated; - The property was not cleaned well (spider webs, very dusty cooling fan); - The communication and information given by the agency managing the property were unsatisfactory; - If you want to pay the city tax other than in cash, you need to adapt to the schedule of the agency, which is not very convenient for travellers or people attending business meetings; - The property considers leaving trash in the apartment’s bins (which is completely normal) as an excessive behaviour additionally charged. They ask you to dispose of waste without informing you where or how to do it (also expecting you to understand their waste recycling and disposal system). I had to look around the neighbourhood and found the general waste container closed, with a need to have a resident card to unlock it. I had to dispose of the trash in a random city bin.

The location of the apartment for our stay in Ljubljana was excellent. It was an easy walk from the station to the accommodation and our host met us to handover the keys and explain details about the property and some insights into places to see in Ljubljana. A very safe feeling and reality.

We would have been very grateful if there were some teabags for us to use.

We didn’t actually stay here we were transferred to Jäger apartments as there was an issue with this property but our stay was brilliant great apartment with every facility needed and more and excellent location

Would quickly run out of hot water, few insects in the apartment

Good location, good staff, very responsive.

This place is SMALL. The loft bedroom is just a mattress on the floor, you have to crawl in and out of it. The bathroom lacked flat space for our stuff, the toilet paper had to sit on the sink. This is as basic a place as can be.
