De hygiëne: het was niet schoon. Keuken en badkamer waren vies. De inrichting: leek totaal niet op de foto’s. Buiten: er was geen terras maar een buitenplaats naast een soort bouwput.

The location was good.

The apartment we received had a very strong smell of cigarette smoking in this non-smoking apartment! I immediately wrote to my contact thru booking.com who informed me that he would contact his housekeeping team, but no one got back to us about it. The following day we saw the offices of the company and went in to complain. They offered to change our room, which we did later in the day, but for the first 24 hours, until we happened to physically find their offices, no one came to our assistance. We had booked for 2 nights in total and half of this time was spent in terrible smelly and unhealthy atmosphere. This is unacceptable. BTW the room was dirty (including cigarette ash) and there were no basic soaps etc. We have stayed many times at similar apartments managed by other companies and all was fine so I highly recommend you take note of who you are dealing with. Also that you will have a telephone number for contact and not have to rely on emails that are of no help.
